OUR GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS ARE PROGRAMMED BY OUR COACHES AND WILL INCLUDE ANYTHING FROM TRX, METABOLIC CONDITIONING CIRCUITS, KETTLEBELLS, BOXING TO OLYMPIC LIFTING. ANY OLYMPIC LIFTING SESSION WILL ALWAYS BE TAUGHT BY THE COACHES AND ARE DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS TO EXPERIENCED LIFTERS!
